Yes it's only 11 weeks until Tuesday Dubs 2010 !!
March 16 2010 is the tenative date for week #1
With a 7:03 PM Sunset, we'll need to get started as close to 5pm as possible.
Point system will be the same as last year.
Again, I hope to collect prizes throughout the season for the winner(s) but I was also thinking of raising the weekly entry fee to $6 with $1 going towards a payout for the season winner(s).
Ace Pot for Tuesdays is at $103
Birdie Bank will be back for 2010
Any and all ideas are welcome to make this years Tuesday Dubs better than ever !!! _________________ "Captain Anhyzer"

Ok, I did some math on the 2009 Dubs season.....
If we added a $1 to the Dubs entry for a points season payout, the total purse would've been $421
We could've easily paid out the top 3 positions.
Is everyone game for a $1 increase this year?
$6 Dubs
with optional $1 Ace Pot and $1 Birdie Bank _________________ "Captain Anhyzer"

Can we add another $1 for the course? maybe not mandatory but to have $421 for the course as well would be nice. Or split that extra $1 $.50 to finals $.50 to course. $210 to play out to finals $210 to the course would suffice. How much do we want to give Tim? Someone has to step up to take him down _________________ PDGA # 37696

If you go $6, be prepared with extra singles. _________________ Walker

Anyone interested in playing is encouraged to register at The Scene for free scorekeeping and points championship.
Please PM me the email you use to register there so I can link you to the league and your scores will automatically be added to your personal "Scene" page.
Holy Cow !! Dubs is just 5 weeks away??!!! I gotta get moving on the flyer !!!
I'd sure be super-cool to have the fancy-new DisCap logo for the flyer....... Bryan? You out there? _________________ "Captain Anhyzer"

I'm in for an extra buck or two
Does it make sense to use our bag tag number,
as a way to pair up teams? Highest with lowest, etc etc
Just trying to save Kenji the joy of match making
Do we pick up our new 2010 tags at the Ice Bowl?
Can't wait |

I'm in for a buck or two-I think it should go to the course fund though. I have no problem contributing either way.
First Dubs of the year-Anyone who wants 1 original can of Sparks can compete in the Sparks CTP Contest prior to Dubs. 2 Cans -2 Winners.
Or we can let Mich Jeff decide who gets the Sparks-which means what Jeff???
Jeff gets the Sparks _________________ Scoontars Disc Golf Art Store is now Open on Facebook

I don't mind it's pretty easy to do. I like the fair randomness of a/b/c pools _________________ PDGA # 37696

Your randomness worked out pretty well if you look at the top 10 at the end of the season. Red is "A", Blue is "B" and Green is "C"
1st Tim Jiardini 232
2nd Greg Kurtz 229
3rd Marty Smith 225
4th Kenji Cline 197
5th Jeff Wiechowski 171
6th Nigel Rulison 166
7th Pat Leonard 165
8th Gene Gierka 158
9th Brian T. Walsh 151
10th Josh Weinstock 150
....and Gene only played 15 weeks, so he may have actually placed higher had he played the minimum 20 weeks that went toward scores. _________________ "Captain Anhyzer"
