1995, Stash Records, NYC. "The Hoy Hoy Collection, Rock Before Elvis." Double CD set, booklet edited down to 6 pages, 2 tracks on first CD edited out. Not produced by Hoy Hoy but by Stash Records, with two-year licensing agreement with us, 1995-1997.

1998 to 2006, "Rock Before Elvis," Hoy Hoy website, much improved compilation compared to the 1993 and 1995 editions. Errors edited out, many tracks replaced, new ones added: CD #1, 30 tracks, CD #2, 31 tracks, 80 minutes of music on each CD. From 1998 to 2001, 58 tracks, increased to 61 by 2002. Two single CD's in separate jewel cases from 1998 to 2003, together in double CD case from 2004 on. No booklet, text is on web site published in 1998. Some text from original 18-page booklet still found on web site, much more added. CD's were burned on Harmon Kardon studio CD burning equipment. Previous editions were manufactured pressings.

The 2004-2006 CD set, completely different compilation, though about 1/2 of these tracks are also on the earlier compilations.

 


The 2007 set looks the same as above but track 24 on CD 1 (Rock Little Francis) was replaced with Pig Foot Pete by Harry "The Hipster" Gibson, and tracks 26, 29, 30 and 31 on CD 2 were removed and 2 new songs were added, making 30 tracks for CD 1 and 29 tracks for CD2.
